What products do you use?
We use genuine Meguiar's products.
How dark can I tint my front side windows in California?
Film on the front side windows must let at least 70% of visible light through, combined with the glass. Factory glass already blocks some light, so in practice only very light or clear films qualify.
Can I tint my windshield?
Only a non-reflective strip along the top 4 inches of the windshield is allowed.
What about the rear side windows and rear window?
California allows any darkness on the rear side windows and rear window as long as the vehicle has outside mirrors on both sides.
Is there a medical exemption?
Yes. California allows certain exemptions with a signed statement from a licensed physician, surgeon, dermatologist or optometrist. The driver must carry that statement in the vehicle.
